Maybe you're considering buying a rental unit as a way to become more financially secure. 

Housing should be a guaranteed human right — but it sure doesn't feel like that constitutional amendment is coming anytime soon. In the meantime, folks who can't afford to buy are going to need to rent in order to have a place to live. So is there a way to rent to folks in need and reduce the harm and predation of the landlord-tenant dynamic at the same time?
